Alumnus of the Pattern Recognition Lab of the Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg
My primary research interest is the anatomically correct, reference free 3-D reconstruction of histological image sequences, to better understand their underlying morphology.
My work is a close collaboration between the 
Pattern Recognition Lab and the Institute of Anatomy II, and was partly funded by the Graduate School in Advanced Optical Technologies (SAOT).
