Vincent Christlein received his Doctorate degree in November 2018 from the Friedrich-Alexander University of Erlangen-Nürnberg, Germany. During his studies, he worked on the analysis of handwritings with focus on writer identification and writer retrieval. His research interests lie in the field of machine learning, computer vision, and computer graphics, particularly in image forensics, handwriting analysis, and historical document analysis.
