AQuAFo

What is AQuAFo?

AQuAFo (GUI for Automated Quality Assessment of Retinal Fundus Photos) is a Graphical User Interface (GUI) for Windows to estimate the quality of retinal fundus photos automatically. When started it watches a user selected folder and processes every image copied to or created in this folder. The quality estimation result is shown in a notification window. The program implements the algorithm developed in the project Opens internal link in current windowAutomated Quality Assessment of Retinal Fundus Photos. It was designed and tested for the usage of optical nerve head centered retinal fundus images (22.5° FoV). Additionally it enables the training on own data sets. For more details on its usage please see the Initiates file downloadmanual
